Zebrat Technologies is committed to customer satisfaction and offers the following return policy for eligible products:
General Returns

Products may be returned within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Returns are not accepted for special orders, hardware components, peripherals, or items marked as clearance.

For non-defective items, a restocking fee of 10% may apply if returned after 48 hours but within the 5-day period.

Defective Products

Products found to be defective due to manufacturing issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Zebrat Technologies will facilitate a replacement or issue a full refund, subject to inspection.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all sealed products, and no returns will be accepted for opened sealed items unless defective.

Return Process

Customers outside Mombasa must contact Zebrat Technologies to arrange return logistics.

All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all protective materials and boxes intact. Improperly packaged returns may incur a 20% handling fee.

Credit and Refunds

Eligible returns within 48 hours may receive a full refund or store credit at the original purchase price.

For returns between 48 hours and 5 days, store credit may be issued at Zebrat Technologies’ discretion.

No refunds or credits will be issued for returns after 5 days from the date of purchase.
