Zebrat Technologies Return Policy

Zebrat Technologies is committed to customer satisfaction and offers the following return policy for eligible products:

General Returns

  • Products may be returned within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Returns are not accepted for special orders, hardware components, peripherals, or items marked as clearance.

  • For non-defective items, a restocking fee of 10% may apply if returned after 48 hours but within the 5-day period.

  • Defective Products

  • Products found to be defective due to manufacturing issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Zebrat Technologies will facilitate a replacement or issue a full refund, subject to inspection.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to all sealed products, and no returns will be accepted for opened sealed items unless defective.

  • Return Process

  • Customers outside Mombasa must contact Zebrat Technologies to arrange return logistics.

  • All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all protective materials and boxes intact. Improperly packaged returns may incur a 20% handling fee.

  • Credit and Refunds

  • Eligible returns within 48 hours may receive a full refund or store credit at the original purchase price.

  • For returns between 48 hours and 5 days, store credit may be issued at Zebrat Technologies’ discretion.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for returns after 5 days from the date of purchase.
