Zebrat Technologies Terms and Conditions
Delivery Options
Zebrat Technologies prioritizes prompt and dependable delivery of customer orders. Note that delivery timelines are estimates and Zebrat Technologies is not responsible for delays.
If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, they will be responsible for all resulting losses, including consequential damages. Zebrat Technologies may, at its discretion, apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Goods are at the customer’s risk upon delivery. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify Zebrat Technologies in writing of any defects within 5 days, or the goods will be deemed accepted in good condition.
Payment
Full payment is required without deductions for any claimed set-off or counterclaim, including delays in delivery, by the specified payment date.
Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings unless otherwise indicated.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including those related to purchase, delivery, and use of products. Delivery costs are included in the product price.
Zebrat Technologies reserves the right to modify or discontinue products or services, or adjust prices, without prior notice. No liability will be assumed for such changes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Zebrat Technologies may update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion by posting revised terms on our website. Continued use of our services or website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for products in original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Special orders, hardware, peripherals, or clearance items are non-returnable.
Defective products due to manufacturing issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
Customers outside Mombasa must contact Zebrat Technologies to arrange returns.
Sealed products are non-returnable unless defective, in which case manufacturer warranties apply.
Full refunds or store credit may be issued for returns within 48 hours if goods are in resalable condition with original packaging. Returns between 48 hours and 5 days may receive store credit at Zebrat Technologies’ discretion.
Returns must be properly packaged in their original materials. Improperly packaged items may incur a 20% handling fee.
Original receipts are required for all returns. No refunds or credits will be issued for returns after 5 days.
Warranty Information
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty as provided, unless otherwise specified. Zebrat Technologies offers no additional warranties.
No warranties are made regarding product performance, compatibility, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose. Customers should verify product suitability with their systems or the manufacturer prior to purchase.
Products carry a 12-month warranty from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Warranties are void if serial numbers or labels are missing, altered, or tampered with.
Defective hardware reported within 7 days of purchase may be exchanged. Beyond this period, the manufacturer’s warranty process applies.
Manufacturer Warranty
Zebrat Technologies is not liable if a manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.
For products under manufacturer warranty, customers must visit the warranty center in Mombasa CBD with proof of purchase for service.
UPS units carry a manufacturer warranty, with Zebrat Technologies guaranteeing the unit for the first 7 days only.
Dealership Warranty
Products with a dealership warranty lack a valid East African manufacturer warranty, as they are intended for sale in other regions.
Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order with Zebrat Technologies, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. No employee or agent of Zebrat Technologies is authorized to supply goods under different terms or modify these terms. Prior dealings do not alter these terms.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT is charged at 16% per Kenyan Tax Regulations.
All prices displayed on the website exclude VAT.
